We do our best to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are accurate and up to date. However, we reserve the right to:

  • Correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.
  • Cancel or refuse orders based on incorrect pricing or availability information.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.


4. Orders & Payment

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once your order is placed:

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or stock errors.
  • Payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship Australia-wide. Shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

  • Standard and express shipping options are available at checkout.
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.

6. Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is important to us. If there’s a problem with your order:

  • You may return items within 14 days of receiving them if they are faulty, not as described, or arrive damaged.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging with proof of purchase.
  • Change of mind returns are accepted at our discretion and may incur a restocking fee.
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

7. Warranties

All products sold by GeekShop come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

In addition to your rights under the ACL, all products come with a minimum 12-month warranty provided by Geek Group covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised repairs, or normal wear and tear.

Some products may also include manufacturer warranties—please refer to individual listings or product packaging for details.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Geek Group Pty Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
  • Any loss arising from misuse of the products sold.
  • Any delay or failure in delivery due to external factors beyond our control.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, text, graphics, and images, is the property of Geek Group Pty Ltd and protected under Australian intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
